This week's Advent Reflection Question
Recently, a young couple was at the hospital awaiting the birth of their first baby. Truth is, they have been waiting for nine months for this day - and maybe much longer than that as they have dreamed of this child. All that could be said was that some things are worth the wait. Babies seem to come in their own time - we might even call it "the fullness of time." In the fullness of time, Christ came into the world - it was just the right time. Christ comes to us still. As we wait during this Advent season for the coming of Christ, are you watching for signs of Christ's coming? Have you seen it? When? How did you recognize it - did it look like love, or justice, or mercy? Life changes forever with the birth of a baby. How has Christ's birth in you changed you? Send us your story on Facebook or to the Church.
